Aug. 24 COE meeting

2nd COE meeting, Thurs., Aug. 24 ~ (Nancy's summary) Gary had a skein of smooth tussah silk, Susan had a skein of textured silk from a cap, both in the fine category and both very nice. I had small samples of smooth and textured ranging from 16 wpi to 60 wpi and no skein. We decided to continue the silk study thru the next meeting so everyone can bring samples. I am making smaller wpi cards than what COE requires because this is just for my own use. I think I might do both a singles and a plied skein.
